Since joining AGI Valuations in 1999, Mr. Harding has assisted in the valuation and analysis of a variety of property types, including ranches, orchards, and other agricultural properties, medical office buildings, healthcare facilities, senior housing projects, vacant commercial, industrial, and residential land, “transitional” land, and improved commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.  Assignments typically involve condemnation / eminent domain, but also include appraisals involving other types of litigation, financing, and estate valuation.

Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from San Francisco State University.  He is currently licensed as Certified General Appraiser by the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers and is an MAI candidate and Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
