Rodney Marble
Since 1972, Mr. Marble has participated in a wide variety of appraisal assignments including ranch properties and conservation easements, healthcare facilities, hotels, land valuations, commercial, industrial and residential properties, landfills, cinema-plexes and private schools. Types of assignments include litigation and condemnation appraisals, rental studies, easement, condemnation and estate valuations and determination of fair market value. Interests appraised include fee simple, leased fee and partial ownerships. Significant recent assignments include: landfill sites in Southern California, cine-plexes in San Bernardino and the Central Valley, an assisted living facility in Whittier, large ranch properties in Santa Barbara County, a private college prep high school in San Francisco and an industrial property condemnation in Southern California.
Mr. Marble graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara and served as an Army officer before joining the firm. He is currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser by the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers.
