Ms. Gordon joined Arthur Gimmy International in 1999 after working six years for Hamilton, Ricci & Associates real estate appraisers in San Francisco. Ms. Gordon has completed and assisted in the valuation and analysis of various property types including office, industrial, retail, hotel, multi-family, mixed use, land, and residential subdivisions. Ms. Gordon has assisted in the appraisal of multi-family residential properties for low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs), partial takings of properties for eminent domain, and properties with historical and architectural significance/designation. In addition, Ms. Gordon has participated in appraisals of a variety of property types involving ground leases. Recent industrial assignments include a 400,000 square foot distribution center in Oakland, and a build-to-suit R&D building in Novato. Subdivision appraisals include production and semi-rural custom home developments. Recent mixed use retail office/apartment appraisals included 1700 California Street, San Francisco.

Ms. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Real Estate emphasis from University of California, Berkeley.
