ARTHUR GIMMY INTERNATIONAL

Since joining Arthur Gimmy International in 1999, Mr. Harding has assisted in the valuation and analysis of various property types, including healthcare facilities, ranches, residential subdivisions, senior housing projects, health care facilities, hotels and motels, vacant commercial, industrial, and residential land, and improved commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.   Types of assignments include market rent studies, feasibility analyses, and appraisals for purposes of litigation, condemnation, estate, financing, and determination of fair market value.  Interests appraised include fee simple, leasehold, leased fee, and partial interests.  Significant recent assignments include:  the adaptive reuse of a former hospital in Chicago; the real property valuation of various acute care hospitals in Dallas, Philadelphia and Houston; a lifecare facility in New England; an 8,000+ acre ranch in Santa Clara County; and various other property types throughout Northern California.

Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from San Francisco State University. He is currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser by the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
