Charles W. Glynn, MAI

Mr. Glynn has 22 years of commercial appraisal and consulting experience.  Mr. Glynn has been involved in a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments, including easement valuation, partial interest valuation, eminent domain matters, transit-oriented mixed-use developments, highest and best use studies, market and feasibility analysis, and litigation support.  Specialty assignments have included auto dealerships, healthcare facilities, former military facilities, pipeline easements, conservation easements, and theaters. 

Some notable assignments have included: a 200 acre transit-oriented, mixed use site in downtown Sacramento; rental value for a 10 mile pipeline easement within a railroad right-of-way; the valuation of minority interests in a 2,650 acre ranch and windfarm in the East Bay; an eminent domain proceeding involving a 50 acre landfill in Los Angeles; an analysis of the potential influence of a proposed underground gas storage project on the market values of properties over the 287 acre surface area; the valuation of a 586 acre mixed-use, infill development site in Livingston, Montana; and, the valuation of a 2,100 acre residential development site in Contra Costa County.   

Mr. Glynn is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), holds an MBA in Real Estate from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, and is currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser by the State of California.
